Fairfax is one of Northern Virginia's largest catering markets — we serve garden-style apartment communities, mid-rise residential, and corporate offices across the county.
Fairfax County's residential market skews larger and more garden-style than Arlington or DC — which means our events here tend to run higher headcount (150–250 guests) in clubhouse and pavilion settings. We optimize accordingly.
Most Fairfax events we cater are cookouts (Summer Cookout, Gourmet Burger Cookout, Kebab Cookout, Barbecue Event) and large-format holiday programming (Pumpkin Carving & Caramel Apples, Gingerbread & Hot Cocoa). The Mosaic District and Merrifield corridors run more urban-style events similar to Arlington.
On the corporate side, we cater regularly for offices along the Fairfax County Parkway and the I-66 employment corridor, including federal contractors and technology employers.
